When we see a problem, we do something about it.
On International Women’s Day — also our first anniversary — we launched SUSUBU: donating 25 pairs of silver nursing cups to Bumi Sehat, a foundation offering free, natural birth and family care across Bali and beyond.
But action shouldn’t be a one-time thing. That’s why we promised to keep going. And this International Breastfeeding Week marks our second round of donations.
SUSUBU is more than a product — it’s a movement to empower women. Our silver nursing cups are designed to soothe, heal, and support the breastfeeding journey, from first latch to last.
The name SUSUBU, meaning mother’s milk, is drawn from the Indonesian words susu (milk) and ibu (mother). A small reminder that care, when given, multiplies.
Why silver?
Silver is naturally antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, and healing — offering hands-free relief for cracked and sore nipples, making it possible for moms to continue to breastfeed their babies.
Unlike creams or disposable pads, these silver cups hold their shape, and increase in power with every use. They gather stories, not wear — ready to be valued and appreciated, shared, passed down, and paid forward.
