Refund and Return

We gladly offer a full refund for purchases made on carinahardy.com and at Carina Hardy Studio, provided they are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that sales at all Carina Hardy stockists are final and responsibility of the stockist.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, except for cash purchases, which will be refunded via company check. Gift recipients can opt for a merchandise credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip, and be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition. Exclusions may apply. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted unless they are defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as pieces from exclusive collections, are final sale. Charity items are also non-refundable due to our contributions to charitable organizations.
